Domestic Violence Batterers’ Program
Domestic Violence Batterers’ Program - This is a fifty two weeks Court and Probation approved program. The classes are taught by certified facilitators. Participants will attend an intake and enrollment process. The curriculum-based training includes educational material that examine the nature and cycle of domestic violence, anger management techniques to stop abusive behavior, the dynamics of power and control, gender roles, and the negative effects domestic violence can have on the family. Participants will be encouraged to participate in group activities/discussions as well as adhere to a strict attendance policy.
